The Role VERTA Hotels is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities and drive revenue growth across hotel rooms, corporate accounts, group bookings, and food & beverage services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective hotel sales plans. Generate new corporate, government, travel agency, and group business. Promote and sell hotel rooms, meetings, events, and F&B services. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct sales visits, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Riyadh market. Strong network of corporate and travel-industry clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business-development skills. Target-oriented with a strong commercial mindset. Good command of Arabic and English. Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of the Riyadh market, with proven experience in selling hotel rooms and food & beverage services. Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and business development skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
