The Role Job Purpose: We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in concrete restoration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for concrete restoration and related projects. - Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents. - Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets. - Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. - Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports. - Handle variations, claims, interim valuations, and final accounts. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams on commercial matters. - Maintain accurate documentation related to contracts and project costs. - Assist in tender submissions and commercial evaluations.
Requirements Requirements: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. - 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. - Experience in concrete restoration projects is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost control. - Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software. - Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
