About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Fraud Solutions Implementation to lead the delivery of fraud monitoring and financial crime prevention solutions within a leading banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of fraud and AML-related systems. Key Requirements 8 to 10+ years of IT Project Management experience. Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Fraud Monitoring, AML, or Financial Crime Prevention solutions. Strong knowledge of fraud detection platforms, transaction monitoring systems, and banking integrations. Experience working with banking regulatory and compliance frameworks such as QCB, FATF, and Basel. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification. Proven experience managing project budgets exceeding USD 500,000. Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills. Solid understanding of retail, corporate, and digital banking technology environments. GCC/Qatar banking experience preferred. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
