The Role
MESCO Marine is a leading Ship Chandling & Marine Supply company serving vessels across UAE ports. We are looking for an experienced Quotation & Purchasing Executive to prepare quotations, source suppliers, issue Purchase Orders (LPOs), and follow up with suppliers until successful onboard delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations based on vessel RFQs. Source and compare quotations from local and international suppliers. Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules. Issue Purchase Orders (LPO/PO). Follow up with suppliers until goods are delivered. Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse to ensure timely vessel supply. Handle urgent vessel requirements. Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in Ship Chandling or Marine Supply. • Proven hands-on experience in quotation preparation and purchasing. • Strong knowledge and pricing experience of Fresh & Frozen Food, Dry Stores, Cabin Stores, Bonded Stores, Crew Daily Requirements, Deck Stores, Engine Stores, Safety Equipment (LSA/FFE), and Marine Spare Parts. • Experience issuing LPOs/Purchase Orders and following up with suppliers until delivery. • Experience dealing directly with vessels, Masters/Captains, Chief Cooks, and vessel crew. • Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. • Ability to work under pressure and meet vessel deadlines. • UAE ports experience is an advantage.
