The Role Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Dispatch Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, where youll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless sales operations and timely delivery of pet grooming services to our valued customers. The role mainly focused on manage daily schedules, client communications, and daily logistics for our mobile pet grooming vans. In this role, you will be the main bridge between our pet parents and mobile groomers on the road. You will optimize daily driving routes, manage client bookings, and ensure a smooth, premium doorstep grooming experience for every pet. Smart Scheduling & Route Optimization * Efficiently schedule and cluster grooming appointments geographically to minimize travel time and mileage between vans. * Balance van schedules based on pet size, service duration, breed type, and specific grooming requirements. * Monitor traffic conditions and groomer timelines throughout the day, adjusting schedules or notifying clients of delays proactively. * Manage waitlists and swiftly fill last-minute cancellations to keep van itineraries maximized. 2. Customer Relations & Client Onboarding * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms. * Clearly explain mobile grooming policies (e.g., parking requirements, power/water setup, cancellation rules, address accessibility). * Recommend appropriate grooming packages, add-ons, and maintenance schedules based on coat condition and pet needs. * Handle pre-service confirmations, location/address verifications, and post-service follow-ups. * Assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process. 3. Logistics & Mobile Fleet Coordination * Maintain continuous communication with mobile groomers throughout their shift to support their on-the-road needs. * Collect and verify detailed pet profiles, behavioral notes, access instructions (gate codes, parking spots), and vaccination records prior to appointment times. * Process mobile payments, manage digital invoicing, and handle end-of-day revenue reconciliation. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all dispatch activities.
Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, route coordination, dispatch, or high-volume booking management. • Geographic & Routing Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local geography, main transit corridors, and route-planning tools/software. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dog and cat breeds, grooming times, and handling requirements is highly preferred. • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with mobile booking software, Google Maps/routing tools, POS platforms, and WhatsApp Business. • Communication & Problem-Solving: Clear, calm, and proactive communicator who can solve scheduling conflicts or route disruptions on the fly. • Pet Lover: Genuine passion for dogs and cats and an understanding of pet parent needs. General: Proven experience in sales coordination or dispatch within the retail or pet industry is preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
