The Role Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Air Cargo/Cargo Handling domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. • Work closely with business users, developers, QA, and product teams. • Analyze cargo operations, shipment lifecycle, warehouse handling, and logistics processes. • Support API integration initiatives and system interface requirements. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project delivery. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure business requirements are translated into functional solutions.
Requirements Required Skills: • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Strong experience in the Air Cargo/Cargo Handling domain • Familiarity with API integrations and system interfaces • Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows. • Good understanding of cargo operations, shipment lifecycle, warehouse handling, and logistics processes. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Knowledge of cargo management systems or airline cargo operations is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools. • Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and product teams.
