-Coordinate and manage NOC, permit, and authority approval submissions. -Liaise with government authorities, utility providers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. -Review submission documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with authority requirements. -Maintain approval trackers, logs, correspondence records, and status reports. -Follow up on pending approvals and escalate risks or delays to the Stakeholder Manager. -Coordinate responses to authority comments and communicate requirements to relevant teams. -Support meetings, site coordination activities, and stakeholder engagement. -Ensure all approvals, conditions, and close-out records are properly documented and archived.

Requirements
-Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a relevant field. -HSE Certificate, DMT License, and Engineering License. -Minimum 5 years of experience in NOC coordination within construction, infrastructure, or building projects. -Strong knowledge of authority approval processes and stakeholder management. -Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. -Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is preferred.
