Requirements -Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field. -Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in construction materials testing and laboratory management. -Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and relevant testing standards. -ISO certification is preferred. -Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
