The Role Responsible for inspecting and monitoring architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role includes reviewing materials, finishes, shop drawings, and construction progress, identifying discrepancies, preparing inspection reports and snag lists, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure proper execution of architectural works.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field with 3-5 years of experience in architectural site inspection and construction supervision. Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, finishes, materials, quality control, and project specifications. Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
