The Role Manage full-cycle hiring, from job description creation and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Utilize digital platforms and networking channels to target both active and passive candidates. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR department and leadership team. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and advanced recruitment processes. Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and its specific talent requirements, with a strong preference for candidates with railway or major infrastructure project experience. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, modern interviewing methodologies, and regional labor market trends. Exceptional interpersonal communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
