The Role Position Title: Head of Finance - Emiratization Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 40,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: Lead the Finance Section by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Government financial regulations and organizational objectives. Manage the preparation of annual budgets, final accounts, financial statements, payroll budgets, and monthly financial reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Supervise accounting operations, internal controls, audits, financial risk analysis, cost optimization initiatives, and ensure the integrity of financial systems and procedures. Lead and develop the finance team, monitor performance, improve financial processes, and coordinate with the Dubai Department of Finance and other stakeholders to support effective financial governance
Requirements About the Client: A Dubai - based government entity driving education and innovation initiatives across the region. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher. Must be an Emirati national with a valid Family Book. Previous work experience within a Dubai Government or Semi-Government entity is required.
