The Role Position Title: Admin Assistant - Emiratization Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 10,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications. Job Location: Abu Dhabi About the Client: A multinational company that manufactures specialty raw chemicals and food products in the region. Job Description: § Provide comprehensive administrative support for departmental projects, business initiatives, and other assigned activities. § Prepare, format, and maintain accurate reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents. § Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring communications are accurately reviewed, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate stakeholders. § Maintain organized electronic and physical records while supporting efficient document management and day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements Qualifications: § Preferably Male Emirati, aged 32 years and below. § High School Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field; administrative, office support, or data entry experience is an advantage. § Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), with strong organizational, document management, data entry, record-keeping, and attention-to-detail skills. § Strong English communication, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage correspondence, prepare reports, coordinate across departments, and work independently or as part of a team.
