The Role
Job Summary Al Masaood Bergum LLC is looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join its ICAD facility in Abu Dhabi on an outsourced, 4-month extendable contract. The successful candidate will support regulatory compliance, environmental reporting, audit requirements, and HSE management while ensuring full compliance with Abu Dhabi HSE and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi HSE and environmental regulations. • Manage OSHMS documentation, records, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and submit environmental monitoring reports, emissions reports, and MRV documentation. • Monitor waste management compliance and reporting. • Coordinate internal and external HSE audits and close audit findings. • Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring. • Maintain regulatory records and reporting calendars. • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors. • Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training. • Monitor contractor HSE compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. • NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory). • ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Training/Certification. • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy engineering environments. • Demonstrated experience with Abu Dhabi regulatory compliance and authority reporting. • Strong knowledge of: o OSHMS o Environmental reporting and MRV o Waste management compliance o HSE inspections and risk assessments o Audit preparation and regulatory compliance • Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills. • Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
