The Role Job Summary: The Document Controller will manage project documentation, maintain document control systems, and ensure accurate distribution and filing of project records. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain project document control registers. • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. • Track submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and approvals. • Ensure document version control. • Archive and retrieve project documents. • Generate document control reports.
Requirements Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelors Degree. • Experience in construction document control. • Knowledge of Aconex, EDMS, or similar systems preferred. • Strong organizational skills Immediate joiners are prefeered
