The Role Middle East Executive has been exclusively retained by a leading Freight Forwarding client to identify and recruit Assistant HR Manager position for its Saudi Arabia - Dammam office. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join dynamic team in Dammam. This role is pivotal in forming new HR policies and HRMS implementation. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Support recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace. - Oversee performance management processes and support training and development programs. - Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and update relevant employee information in HRMS - Collaborate with management to promote organizational culture and employee engagement activities.
Requirements - Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources - Minimum of 4 years experience in HR, preferably within the freight forwarding/logistics industry/distribution industry. - Fluent in English; - Proficient with HRMS and MS Office applications. - Should be based in Saudi Arabia or ready to relocate. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential information sensitively. - Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
