The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Salesman to join our Retail Gents Shop Tailoring team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tailoring products and services. - Promote the features and benefits of our tailoring offerings to increase sales. - Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales floor and displays. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. - Provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure customer requirements are met promptly.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in tailoring or menswear. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively. - Passion for fashion and tailoring products. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
