The Role Position Title: Bookkeeper Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based international Shipping & Logistics company, connecting continents with world-class maritime solutions. Job Description: ? Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations across multiple regions. ? Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures. ? Support audits, financial reporting, and provide accurate financial information to management. ? Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements Qualifications: ? Must be Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. ? Minimum 3 years UAE experience of bookkeeping or accounting experience. ? Expert Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with Strong reconciliation, invoicing, analytical, and organizational skills; with experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. ? BACKGROUND must be coming from Industrial, logistics, shipping, multinational companies so they are familiar with processes, different countries tax laws, and etc.
