Position Title: Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 23,000 plus commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: § Drive store revenue and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. § Deliver exceptional luxury customer service aligned with brand standards. Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients. § Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times. § Maintain strict security measures for handling high-value jewellery inventory. Minimize stock loss through effective controls and staff awareness.

Requirements
Qualifications: § Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. § Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury jewellery store, with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations, customer service standards, and luxury retail etiquette. § Proven experience handling high-value jewellery, including knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certifications. § Demonstrated ability to serve VIP, UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth), and international clientele within the GCC luxury retail market.
