The Role We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team in KAEC, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems and processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality within our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and systems for manufacturing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient manufacturing solutions. - Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical calculations to support design decisions. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in production lines to minimize downtime. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. - Prepare detailed engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in a manufacturing environment as a Mechanical Engineer. - Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, CAD software, and manufacturing processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. - Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to work on-site in KAEC, Saudi Arabia. - Familiarity with industry safety and quality standards such as ISO and OSHA. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
