The Role We are looking for a confident and results-driven Female Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell our professional nail care products across salons, beauty centres, spas, and retail businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and previous experience in the beauty, cosmetics, nail care, or salon industry. Key Responsibilities: * Visit salons, spas, beauty centres, and retail stores to introduce and promote company products. * Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients. * Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. * Present product features, benefits, promotions, and new launches professionally. * Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth. * Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, product requirements, and feedback. * Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer information. * Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the beauty industry. * Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. * Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, product demonstrations, and client meetings when required.
Requirements * Previous outdoor sales experience is required. * Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, nail care, salon, or personal care industry is preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. * Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality. * Ability to work independently and manage daily client visits. * Good knowledge of the UAE beauty and salon market is an advantage. * Basic computer skills and experience preparing sales reports. * A valid UAE driving licence is preferred. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
