An experienced UAE National, finance professional is required to support technical financial reporting, investment accounting, and group-level reporting activities. The role partners closely with business units to deliver financial insights, budgeting support, and high-quality reporting outputs. Client Details A leading global investment organisation with diversified operations and strong governance framework. Description Key responsibilities will include: * Support consolidated financial and statutory reporting processes * Prepare journals, financial statements, and variance analysis * Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities * Lead regulatory reporting and ensure data integrity * Liaise with auditors and support audit deliverables * Maintain accounting policies and position papers * Review investment documentation and classification * Manage treasury accounting reconciliations and disclosures * Deliver management reporting and forecasting updates * Support budgeting, planning, and business plan cycles * Partner with stakeholders to provide financial guidance * Monitor financial performance and budget adherence * Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements Job Offer There is a competitive package of up to 55,000 AED + Benefits on offer and the unrivalled opportunity to join a leading AD entity.

Requirements
A successful UAE National Senior Associate, Financial Reporting should have: * Must be a UAE National with family book * Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business * ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification * 8+ years experience in audit/accounting (Big Four preferred) * Strong IFRS and financial reporting expertise * Experience with complex transactions and structures * Knowledge of ERP/EPM systems (preferred) * Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
