The Role • As Head of Kindergarten / Lower Primary, you will provide inspirational leadership across the Early Years and lower primary phase, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and pastoral care. You will: • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Early Years and Lower Primary teachers. • Drive high standards of teaching and learning across the department. • Ensure the successful delivery of the British curriculum. • Support curriculum development and continuous school improvement. • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. • Promote an inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. Requirements The Ideal Candidate We are seeking an experienced educational leader who possesses: • A recognised Degree in Education (or equivalent). • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Head of Early Years, Head of Kindergarten, EYFS Leader or Lower Primary Leader within a British curriculum school. • Strong knowledge and experience of the English National Curriculum and EYFS Framework. • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. • A collaborative, adaptable and professional approach. • A genuine enthusiasm for living and working within a multicultural international community. • Previous international experience is welcomed but not essential.
