The Role Position Title: Technical Estimator Cum Draftsman Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 7,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus company car. Job Location: Dubai About the Client: An established Dubai-based supplier and installer of premium natural stone, marble, and granite solutions serving residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale construction projects. Job Description: § Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings, layouts, and detailed drawings for marble and granite works. § Perform quantity take-offs, prepare cutting lists, and assist in preparing quotations based on project drawings. § Conduct site visits to verify measurements, coordinate with project teams, and ensure drawing accuracy. § Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams to support timely project execution.
Requirements Qualifications: § Open to male Filipino and Indian nationalities, aged 40 years and below. § Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting or any related field. § Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in marble, granite, natural stone, or related construction industries. § Strong knowledge of marble and granite materials, quantity take-offs, cutting lists, AutoCAD drafting and must hold a valid UAE Drivers License.
