Brand Executive – Sales & Marketing Location: Dubai – Full Time Onsite Role Overview We are seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong Brand Executive to manage and develop our brand performance in assigned markets. As a Brand Principal representative, the role will be responsible for overseeing distributor and retail partners, ensuring financial delivery, brand positioning integrity, and operational excellence across the territory. The successful candidate will act as the brand owner for the market — driving growth while safeguarding brand equity and global standards. Qualifications & Experience • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within watches, luxury goods, • fashion, or premium consumer brands. • Experience working with distributors or multi-market operations. • Strong analytical and financial acumen. • Proficiency in Excel and performance reporting tools. • Arabic speaking Female
