The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, premium healthcare business that is redefining concierge medicine in the UAE. Our client is a physician-led healthcare provider delivering high-end concierge medical services to private individuals, families, corporate clients, and international visitors. With an established presence in Dubai and London and plans for continued regional growth, they are seeking a Commercial Director to drive strategic partnerships and commercial expansion. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building meaningful business relationships. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy across B2B and partnership channels. - Identify and secure strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, corporate organizations, insurers, concierge providers, lifestyle businesses, and other premium service partners. - Build new revenue streams and expand the companys presence within the luxury and private healthcare market. - Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements from initial engagement through execution. - Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities. - Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to support the companys growth strategy. - Contribute to shaping the commercial function as the organization continues to scale.
Requirements - Proven experience in a senior commercial, business development, or strategic partnerships role. - Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth. - Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, founder-led environment where being hands-on is essential. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from adjacent premium industries are encouraged to apply. - Strong existing network within one or more of the following sectors: • Luxury hospitality • Private healthcare • Wellness • Private banking or wealth management • Luxury lifestyle services • Corporate partnerships • Medical insurance • Concierge or premium membership businesses
