KOTRA Dubai office is looking for a Marketing Specialist. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supporting the organization of online business delegations involving approximately 40 Korean SMEs in various sectors, including Power, Medical, AI, and Cosmetics • Performing telemarketing, business outreach, and meeting coordination activities on behalf of Korean SMEs • Reviewing Korean companies’ profiles, products, and target markets to understand their potential business opportunities in the UAE • Building, updating, and organizing databases of relevant UAE buyers, distributors, importers, agents, end users, contractors, and potential business partners across different industries • Identifying and matching each Korean company with suitable and relevant potential UAE buyers and business partners • Conducting online research to identify appropriate companies and relevant decision-makers within target UAE organizations • Contacting potential UAE buyers by email and telephone to introduce Korean companies and invite them to participate in online B2B meetings • Preparing and sending customized business invitation emails that clearly introduce Korean companies, their products, and potential areas of cooperation • Conducting regular telephone and email follow-ups with potential UAE buyers to confirm their interest in meeting Korean companies • Explaining the purpose and potential value of the online meetings to prospective UAE buyers in a professional and persuasive manner • Coordinating meeting availability and schedules between Korean companies and UAE buyers • Creating and managing online meeting links and ensuring that confirmed meeting schedules are accurately communicated to all parties • Maintaining accurate tracking records of contacted companies, buyer responses, follow-up status, confirmed meetings, schedules, and meeting outcomes • Working toward arranging multiple relevant and qualified online meetings for each participating Korean company • Providing regular progress updates and activity reports to the team leader • Coordinating closely with internal team members to ensure smooth implementation of the online delegation program • Performing any other work duties assigned by the team leader

Requirements
Requirements: • UAE Resident • Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, business development, sales coordination, B2B outreach, or appointment setting in the UAE • Strong ability to communicate professionally with UAE companies, buyers, distributors, procurement teams, and decision-makers • Experience in building company databases and identifying potential buyers or business partners • Strong online research skills and ability to identify relevant companies and business contacts across different industries • Ability to understand different Korean companies’ products and match them with appropriate potential UAE buyers • Experience in conducting cold calls, business introduction calls, follow-up calls, and professional email outreach • Strong telephone communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills • Advanced Business English skills; Arabic or Korean will be a plus • Familiarity with the UAE business environment and local company landscape • Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following sectors will be preferred: Power, Energy, Medical, Healthcare, • • • • • Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Cosmetics, and Beauty • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple companies, buyers, and meeting schedules simultaneously • Customer-servicing work attitude and professional communication skills • Ability to manage multiple Korean companies’ accounts and outreach activities at the same time • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate databases, contact records, and meeting schedules • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet • Knowledge of Korean culture and business mind is preferred • Ability to work independently, meet outreach targets, and achieve confirmed meeting objectives • Criminal clearance record will be required ONLY for candidates who will join Salary: • AED 12000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. • Additional benefits: Additional benefits Key Demographic Requirements - applicants must be: • Based in UAE • Minimum Years of Experience: 5
