The Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and developing architectural projects, working closely with senior architects to create innovative and sustainable designs that meet client needs. Responsibilities: - Assist in creating architectural designs, drawings, and plans using CAD software. - Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to develop design concepts and solutions. - Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications. - Prepare presentations and reports for project proposals and client meetings. - Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and construction regulations. - Support project documentation and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field. - Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. - Strong creativity and attention to detail with a passion for sustainable design. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines. - Prior internship or work experience in architectural firms is a plus.
