The Role Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE WITH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BASE OIL AND LUBRICANT ADDITIVES RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns. Achieve growth and meet sales targets. Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companys customer base and ensure a strong market presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and analyze market shifts, staying informed about new products and competitor activities. Prepare sales, revenue, and expenses reports with realistic forecasts for the management team. Attend trade events, exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events. Follow up on product or service issues on behalf of clients. Seek out new business opportunities and clients. Negotiate sales deals with clients. Take and process orders efficiently.
Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Bachelors degree in a related field (Masters degree is an advantage) Good sales and negotiation skills Valid UAE Driving License Extensive knowledge about Base Oil and Lubricant Additives
