The Role We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager specializing in Soft Services to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of soft facility management services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, security, and overall operational efficiency to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all soft services including cleaning, security, catering, waste management, and pest control to maintain facility standards. - Develop, implement, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality delivery of services. - Lead, train, and motivate service teams to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and negotiate service agreements as needed. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. - Prepare reports on service performance, incidents, and improvement plans for senior management. - Manage budgets related to soft services and optimize resource allocation. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any service-related issues effectively.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management with a focus on soft services. - Strong knowledge of facility management operations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple service contracts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Willingness to relocate to or work in Saudi Arabia.
