We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality soft services within our facility management operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure exceptional service standards, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain efficient facility support. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all soft services including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, security, and catering services. - Develop and implement service delivery plans ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. - Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with suppliers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. - Lead, train, and motivate the soft services team to achieve operational excellence and foster a collaborative work environment. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. - Handle client interactions professionally, addressing any concerns and p

Requirements
- BICS Certified - Proven experience in managing soft services within the facility management sector, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple contractors. - Excellent knowledge of soft services operations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members. - Ability to analyze service performance data and implement continuous improvement measures. - Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Flexible and customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellence.
