The Role Join our dynamic team as an HR/Admin Executive in the thriving pet products sector in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels at managing human resources functions alongside administrative duties, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our company. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding new employees. - Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring timely updates and confidentiality. - Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external vendors. - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as office supplies management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office systems. - Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and promote a positive workplace culture. - Assist in organizing staff training and development programs. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative matters. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies relevant to HR and administration in the UAE.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within retail or pet-related industries. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HR management software. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
