The Role Support the Head of Business Management in executing the Brokerage governance agenda. Lead assigned Business Management initiatives and ensure timely coordination and follow-up. Support implementation of new products, regulatory changes, and business enhancements from governance, control, and operational readiness perspectives. Contribute to management reporting, committee submissions, and business presentations. Manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Management unit across governance, reporting, controls, and process oversight. Oversee internal control reviews, regulatory gap analysis, policy and procedure updates, and end-to-end process documentation. Review and consolidate department MI, analytics, presentations, and reporting. Supervise onboarding and periodic review of brokers, custodians, vendors, and third parties, including agreements, SLAs, and PLAs. Oversee brokerage invoices, market data coordination, exchange reporting, and administrative matters.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Certifications preferred: CME, CFA, CISI, FRM, or equivalent Fluent English and Arabic. 810 years relevant experience; prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of brokerage governance, controls, reporting, operations, SBL, margin lending, and stakeholder coordination.
