The Role
Omnium International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join the delivery of a landmark mixed-use development project in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead post-contract commercial management across a prestigious development comprising hotels, commercial buildings, and mix used developments. You will play a key role in providing commercial leadership, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements
• Minimum 15 years total experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia. • Proven post-contract commercial management experience on large-scale mixed-use developments. • Consultancy experience is essential. • Strong commercial expertise in contract administration, cost reporting, variations, claims, risk management, and final accounts. • Experience delivering complex developments comprising hospitality, commercial, and F&B assets. • Excellent client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • MRICS or an equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
