The Role Our client is a leading manufacturing company located in KAEC, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Treasury Manager to join their dynamic financial team in KAEC. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the companys liquidity, banking relationship, currencies, investments, and risk related to the financial activities, ensuring treasury operations and control, efficient cash flow and financial stability. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and manage liquidity effectively. - Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future cash requirements. - Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms to benefit the organization. - Oversee investment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management guidelines. - Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to treasury operations. - Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective hedging and other strategies. - Prepare treasury reports and present insights to senior management.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA , CMA or MBA certification is a plus. - Minimum of 10 years experience in treasury management, preferably within the manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking, investments, and financial risk management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
