Key Responsibilities • Deliver technical classroom and practical training programs in Electrical Engineering. • Develop, review, and improve training materials and methodologies. • Assess and evaluate trainee performance and certification. • Plan and manage training resources, equipment, and laboratories. • Mentor and coach trainees to enhance technical competency. • Ensure compliance with Quality, ISO, HSE, and organizational standards.

Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. • Train-the-Trainer certification is mandatory. • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including exposure to technical training. • Hands-on experience with Medium Voltage (MV) and/or High Voltage (HV) systems. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred. Preferred • Previous GCC experience. • Experience in vocational or technical training institutes.
