The Role
As a Product Manager, you will be the commercial architect of B2B portfolio. You will own the strategy, delivery, and P&L for products (Connectivity and Digital Solutions), ensuring my client remains the most agile partner for enterprises and SMEs. • Portfolio Strategy: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the B2B portfolio. • Commercial Engineering: Define tiered pricing models and bundles that maximize Contribution Margin while remaining competitive against Tier-1 incumbents. • Sales Enablement: Act as the "Product Evangelist." Create collateral, train sales teams, and provide technical-commercial support for high-value RFPs/Bids. • Ecosystem Management: Manage relationships with key platform partners to ensure high service availability and competitive COGS. • Performance Governance: Maintain a real-time pulse on KPIs: ARPU, MRC (Monthly Recurring Revenue), Churn, and Product Attach Rate (cross-selling). • Roadmap Prioritization: Balance "Quick Wins" (short-term revenue) with "Strategic Bets" (long-term scalability) using data-driven frameworks.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, or Business. MBA or PM certification (e.g., NPDP, Pragmatic Institute) is highly preferred. • 5 years in Product Management, with at least 3 years specifically in a B2B Telecom or ICT environment. • Market Context: Proven experience in KSA telecom landscape and understanding of MVNO business models is a significant advantage.
