The Role We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and helping entrepreneurs and companies successfully establish and expand their presence in the UAE. Experience in corporate services, company formation, or business setup is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: •Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients within the sports, entertainment, media, creative, and related industries. •Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing strategic partnerships, attending industry events, networking, and generating qualified leads. •Consult entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international companies on establishing their presence within ISEZA and selecting the most suitable licensing and business setup solutions. •Understand clients business objectives and present tailored solutions that showcase the benefits of joining the ISEZA ecosystem. •Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry and consultation through proposal preparation, negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding. •Prepare and present customized commercial proposals and licensing packages based on clients business activities and requirements. •Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and encourage future growth within the ISEZA ecosystem. •Collaborate closely with licensing, client relations, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. •Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of ISEZA. •Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client records using the companys CRM system. •Stay informed about developments in the UAE regulatory environment, licensing framework, and trends within the sports, entertainment, media, and creative sectors. •Represent ISEZA at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to promote the Free Zone and attract new businesses.
Requirements What We’re Looking For: •A results-driven sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the UAE. •Experience in a UAE Free Zone, business setup, government-related services, sports, entertainment, media, or a related industry is an advantage. •Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and a genuine interest in supporting businesses establishing and growing their presence within ISEZA. •Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. •A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. •A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. •Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. •Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
