The Role Position Title: FMCG Sales Manager - Modern Trade Employment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Benefits: Company car, Mobile phone and SIM card, medical insurance & Family benefits extended to up to two children Job Location: Bahrain About the Client: A legendary Bahraini FMCG powerhouse managing the regions top beverage portfolio. Job Description: 1. Implement and execute Account Business Plans, promotions, and sales activities to achieve or exceed volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets across the Modern Trade channel. 2. Develop and deliver customer business plans through cost-effective Customer Development Agreements (CDAs), in-store programs, merchandising initiatives, and the rollout of AOP business initiatives. 3. Lead and manage the Modern Trade field team to ensure effective execution of sales plans, maximize team performance, and achieve sales, market execution, and customer service objectives while strengthening the companys market presence. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels and ensure timely collections in line with the companys credit policy
Requirements Qualifications: 1. Male, Open to Indian nationals, 45 years old and below with proven ability to execute and operationalize business strategies to achieve defined business objectives and KPIs. 2. University graduate with strong computer literacy (MS Office/Windows applications), excellent English and Hindi communication skills, and no travel restrictions 3. Atleast 5–7 years of sales field experience within an FMCG company, with strong commercial awareness and expertise in developing selling tools and driving best-in-class execution 4. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer partnerships.
