The Role Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hard and soft FM services Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Manage the full tendering process, including pre-qualification (PQQ), RFQs, and RFPs Coordinate with operations and technical teams to prepare competitive bids Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations after contract award Align business development strategies with company objectives Review contract terms, pricing strategies, and service scope
Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 5 years of experience in business development within Facility Management or related industry Proven track record in securing FM contracts Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, and pricing models Ability to build long-term client relationships Strategic thinking and market awareness
