The Role The VP Finance will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and strategic financial planning. This role will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to drive performance, support investment decisions, and optimise financial outcomes across the portfolio. Description * Developing and executing the groups financial strategy * Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial reporting * Supporting acquisitions, development projects, and due diligence processes * Driving performance analysis across assets and implementing corrective actions * Managing banking, audit, and shareholder relationships * Establishing robust financial controls, systems, and compliance frameworks * Leading and mentoring the finance team across corporate and property levels * Partnering with operations to maximise profitability and efficiency * Overseeing capital expenditure planning and investment evaluation Job Offer * Dynamic, entrepreneurial working environment * Long-term career growth aligned with business expansion
Requirements * Qualified accountant with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field * Significant experience within the hospitality sector, ideally in a multi-property environment * Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role * Strong expertise across financial strategy, treasury, tax, and reporting * Experience in M&A, due diligence, and investment structuring is highly desirable * Prior Middle East experience preferred * Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly * Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
