The Role Summary: Drive new-client acquisition for audit, accounting, and tax services; manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to closure. Key Responsibilities • Prospect and qualify leads (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals). • Conduct discovery, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate terms. • Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly pipeline reporting. • Coordinate smooth handover to operations for onboarding.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience (professional services preferred). • Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Skills • Strong communication, objection handling, and proposal writing. • CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred); self-starter with field/outbound hustle. KPIs • Monthly qualified opportunities, proposal-to-close ratio, booked revenue. Compensation • Salary: AED 4,000 to 8000 + commission.
