The Role Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor (Signage) to oversee daily signage production operations, ensure quality standards, manage production timelines, and support project execution from estimation through final installation readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of signage manufacturing processes, digital printing, materials, and production planning. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for signage projects. * Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects. * Review technical drawings, artwork, and specifications to ensure production accuracy. * Prepare and support cost estimations for signage projects, including materials, labor, and production requirements. * Monitor operational workflow and optimize production efficiency. * Ensure all signage products meet company quality standards and client requirements. * Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Supervise production staff and provide guidance on fabrication and printing processes. * Ensure proper usage and maintenance of production equipment and machinery. * Monitor inventory and material requirements for ongoing projects. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
Requirements * Minimum 6 years of experience in the signage industry. * Strong experience in: - Signage production operations - Cost estimation - Manufacturing and fabrication processes for signages - Digital printing signage production * Strong technical understanding of signage drawings, specifications, and measurements. * Familiarity with all major types of digital printing signages and related materials. * Knowledge of signage production materials, fabrication techniques, and installation requirements. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. * Proficiency in production planning and workflow management. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a signage production in the GCC region is an advantage. * Technical or vocational qualification related to production, printing, or engineering is preferred.
