The Role We are seeking a skilled Hubspot CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our Hubspot CRM platform to enhance customer engagement, improve sales processes, and drive marketing effectiveness. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a passion for leveraging CRM tools to support business growth. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the Hubspot CRM platform ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Customize and optimize CRM workflows, properties, and reports to meet business needs. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM functionalities with organizational goals. - Implement automation and lead nurturing campaigns within Hubspot to increase customer engagement. - Train and support team members on CRM best practices and new feature adoption. - Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements. - Stay updated with Hubspot CRM updates and industry best practices to continually enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements - Proven experience working as a Hubspot CRM Specialist or similar role. - Knowledge and skills in Sales Hub / Marketing Hub / Service Hub - Coding skills: UI/UX, Figma, React Js, Next Js, React Native etc - Strong understanding of Hubspot CRM features, tools, and integrations. - Excellent technical skills with the ability to customize and troubleshoot the platform. - Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and metrics. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Experience in the UAE market or regional business dynamics is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
