The Role Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting operations. Prepare lifting studies, lifting plans, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, supervisors, and site management. Verify the suitability of cranes, lifting accessories, and lifting equipment before operations. Monitor lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient execution. Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to lifting teams.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in lifting operations. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Valid LEEA Certification. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Thorough knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and crane operations. Experience in preparing and reviewing lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements. Ability to coordinate and supervise lifting activities on construction sites. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with inspection requirements for lifting gear and lifting accessories. UAE/GCC experience preferred
