Join a prestigious and leading law firm in Dubai as a Local Litigation Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in managing complex litigation cases across diverse sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead high-profile disputes, nurture client relationships, and contribute to strategic business growth in a dynamic legal environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage local litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring excellent legal advice and client service. - Represent clients in courts, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums in the UAE. - Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. - Manage and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, fostering professional development and high performance. - Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to build strong, cohesive legal approaches. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, including business development and client retention initiatives. - Stay abreast of changes in local laws and regulations impacting litigation and advise clients accordingly. - Contribute to the firm’s strategic goals by developing new practice areas and expanding litigation services.

Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in UAE litigation and local legal procedures. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex and high-value litigation cases. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a team of legal professionals. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong client management and business development capabilities. - In-depth knowledge of UAE legal system, courts, and regulatory environment. - Highly professional, ethical, and committed to delivering outstanding legal services.
