The Role Position Title: Civil Quantity Surveyor Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 13,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A one stop shop for all contracting & fit out services , based in Dubai. Job Description: • Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and commercial proposals for fit-out and interior projects. • Analyze drawings, specifications, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs to ensure accurate budgeting. • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, manage commercial risks, and support procurement activities. • Monitor project costs, maintain documentation, and provide financial reporting throughout project execution.
Requirements Qualifications: • Open to Male Asian nationalities aged 45 years and below. • Bachelors Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or any related field. • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Fit Out contracting as QS in luxury residential/commercial interior projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design tools (e.g., Revit, etc.).
