Requirements Job Description: ? Oversee and execute all QA/QC procedures across underground pipelines, utility corridors, and civil works. ? Lead site inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality audits to verify complete compliance with standards. ? Partner closely with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to quickly resolve quality issues. ? Prepare and manage method statements, material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Qualifications: ? Male, aged 40 years old and below ? Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of specialized UAE/GCC experience managing QA/QC for underground utility infrastructure. ? Must have valid PMP Certification and active DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport) Certification ? With deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards, authority approval channels, and comprehensive project documentation.
