The Role A reputable beauty salon in Bahrain is seeking a talented and customer-focused Beautician to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide a range of beauty and spa services, including facials, massages, head and foot spa treatments, waxing, and threading. The role requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality beauty services. Key Responsibilities: • Perform facial treatments tailored to client skin types and needs. • Provide professional massage services to promote relaxation and well-being. • Conduct head and foot spa treatments, ensuring a relaxing and hygienic experience. • Perform waxing services for various body areas with precision and care. • Provide threading services for eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment. • Ensure all products and tools are properly sterilized and stored. • Advise clients on aftercare and recommend suitable beauty products. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. • Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely delivery service. • Stay updated on latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Requirements • Open to any level of experience (from junior-level to experienced). • Training or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in facials, massage, spa treatments, waxing, and threading are an advantage. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Professional and welcoming demeanor. • Attention to detail and hygiene standards. • Good time management and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic English communication skills (spoken); Arabic is a plus.
