Position Title: Travel Consultant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide. Job Description: - Manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for both travelers and employees; verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities. - Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance. - Liaise effectively with customers, employees, government authorities, and external service providers; provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless visa experience for all stakeholders. - Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travelers.

Requirements
Qualifications: - Arabic nationals with a bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred, with additional certifications in visa processing, immigration compliance, or travel administration considered an advantage. - Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in visa processing and end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, and transfers) within the travel/tourism sector, with strong knowledge of UAE immigration and visa regulations. - Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle traveler and employee inquiries, resolve visa-related issues, and coordinate effectively with authorities and service providers. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office software; experience with visa management systems or HRIS platforms is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple applications accurately in a fast-paced environment.
