Retention Agent – Forex Industry Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retention Agent to join our growing Forex team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and retaining an existing portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships, and enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Forex, CFDs, or financial services who are passionate about client relationship management and achieving performance targets. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of Forex clients. • Proactively engage with clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to strengthen relationships and improve client retention. • Identify opportunities to increase client activity and overall engagement. • Understand clients financial goals and provide personalized support and solutions to meet their needs. • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. • Achieve individual retention, revenue, and performance targets. • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal procedures. • Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities within the CRM system.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and client-focused professional with proven experience in Forex retention and relationship management. They possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, are comfortable working in a target-driven environment, and have a strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Requirements • Proven experience as a Retention Agent within the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry. • Strong understanding of Forex trading products and financial markets. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. • Results-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset. # Preferred Profile * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Retention Agent, Account Manager, or Client Relationship role within the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry. * Strong understanding of Forex trading products, financial markets, and client lifecycle management. * Demonstrated success in achieving retention, revenue, and client engagement targets. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach. * Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. * Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Portuguese are highly desirable. * Familiarity with CRM systems and client management tools is an advantage. # Personal Attributes * Customer-centric and relationship-focused. * Professional, confident, and resilient. * Strong work ethic and accountability. * Team player with a collaborative attitude. * Adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure.
